It’s the time of year again to begin studying for the Annual Spelling Bee scheduled for February 1, 2019. Below are the grade-level lists as well as the Spell-It booklet for the competitive bee words. Serious spellers will work on as many of the lists as possible. The class bee will be scheduled on Friday, February 1 and the School bee will be on Friday, February 8.
Each class will send 2 students to the school-wide spelling bee. There can only be ONE school champion who will be referred to the Denver Region Spelling Bee. All students who make it to the School Bee will get a participation certificate. Each class will have a 1st place winner and runner-up. The School Bee will have a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place as well.
