Due to the COVID-19 crisis, Crescent View Academy administration has decided to reschedule enrollment for current and new students by a few weeks.  NOTE: Please contact administration for any accommodations that may be needed during this time. We want to ensure everyone has the opportunity to re-enroll.

2020-2021 Enrollment Schedule

[NEW] KG (must turn 5 years old by 12/2021): April 1st – April 10^th

[NEW] ECE Program: Nursery (6-weeks to 18 months), Toddler (19 months -36 months), Pre-Kindergarten (37 months –

60 months): Open Enrollment (Limited Seating)

[NEW] 1^st -12^th Grade Students: Open Enrollment (Limited Seating)

Admission Test: To be scheduled after April 20^th.

Crescent View Academy uses the Gradelink EnrollMe™ feature for re-enrollment of current students and enrollment of new students.  EnrollMe™ is a premium service that streamlines enrollment using the parent portal.  New and re-enrolling families can add or update contact information and agree to the school’s terms and conditions online.  Gradelink Enrollme™ is a part of your portal when you sign in to your Gradelink™ account. These documents will be requested via fax, email or mail/in-person delivery.

1. Copy of birth certificate or I-94, if applicable
2. Copy of updated immunization records
3. Proof of guardianship documentation, if applicable

1. Registration Fee: $250.00 per student)  [Non-refundable, one-time fee]

2. Assessment Fee: $50.00 per new student (KG-10th)
