[NEW] ECE Program: Nursery (6-weeks to 18 months), Toddler (19 months -36 months), Pre-Kindergarten (37 months – 60 months): Open Enrollment (Limited Seating)
[NEW] 1st -12th Grade Students: March 21st – until all seats are filled
Admission Test: You will recieve an email with testing information
Crescent View Academy uses the Gradelink EnrollMe™ feature for re-enrollment of current students and enrollment of new students. EnrollMe™ is a premium service that streamlines enrollment using the parent portal. New and re-enrolling families can add or update contact information and agree to the school’s terms and conditions online. Gradelink Enrollme™ is a part of your portal when you sign in to your Gradelink™ account.
Documents Needed: (New Students Only)
These documents will be requested via fax, email or mail/in-person delivery.
1. Copy of birth certificate or I-94, if applicable
2. Copy of updated immunization records
3. Proof of guardianship documentation, if applicable
