Crescent View Academy (CVA) is a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation, established in 1994 by the Denver Islamic Education Center to meet the PK-8th grade educational needs of the Muslim Community of the Greater Denver Metro Area. The school is located in Aurora, CO and is located near the intersection of 225 and Parker Road. CVA is about 1 mile south of Colorado Muslim Society (Masjid Abu Bakr) and approximately 3 miles northeast of DTC. The school consists of 16 classrooms, a large prayer hall, a science lab, a computer lab, a library, a staff room, a nursery, an Arabic Language Lab, a subject teacher office, five administrative offices, an indoor play gym, and a central atrium.  Outdoor facilities include a playground, a synthetic grass area and track, a basketball court and an arrival and dismissal loop.

Crescent View Academy has three educational programs:

  1. PK-8th Grade Full-Time Private Islamic School
  2. Hifz Program

Crescent View Academy has an administrative team (the Principal, Business Manager, Director of Student Success,  School-Home Liaison and Office Manager) that reports to the 5-member School Board of appointed community members and parents.

Our academic year goes from mid-August until the end of May or beginning of June and is divided into four quarter grading periods. Our school day varies depending on the program a student is enrolled in.
